This is my amazing Traditional Irish Music class performing a concert in Sweden, December 2013. The concert was held in our classroom on Visingsö where we studied and played Irish Traditional Music together. Many thanks to our teacher Jennikel Andersson who made this possible.

I understand. A gifted person to play any music 🎶 do when alone brings tears, and often unwanted feelings.
Long past time this band got back together & played once more.
Hey guys... What are you singing there??? "All the britches are full of Stiches, All the Britches are full of ????" Full of ?"holes"????? Full of "Ohhh"?
@fujio kawamoto
A little late to this party, but really fun to see how far Trad Irish has gotten from Eire. Nice job to all of you! Shouldn't those socks all be green?
A very pretty tune, this was one of my first soft tunes to learn. The best way to learn a tune is like getting better acquainted with your girlfriend, have to just listen, and more listening everything else will intuetivly come later with the ornaments,Such a beautiful song...
Greetings from Doire . Slainte agus Saoirse. We are a proud proud nation, thanks for keeping our culture safe
I would have not heard the singing
All i want now is to dance to it
❤
Irish music just does it every time. An mhaith!
❤Love this lively music!!
How glorious were the ancient ones! How much beauty they left behind! Let us never forget 😊
There are a few that don't like Irish music in America but most of them are dead and in their graves by now. Concreting the amount of Irish folks that came to the USA years back I would think most Americans have a wee bit of Irish between their nose and their toes, smiles!
In a school orchestra playing cornet and weve decided to play this and the william tell overture
Meravigliosa. ❤🇮🇹
You are very very good. Irish slave genes coming forth! Well done. From Ireland.
Beautiful!
Beautiful ❤❤❤✌️❤️
Beautiful culture.
Is that whistle an A whistle? Anyone know? It doesn’t sound like a D whistle to me. 🙄🤫

This was one of my first Irish airs that I learned on my Killarney brass whistle in the key of D. A very pretty and graceful song.
I got the same whistle, best High D I've ever had
Beautiful thank you from the frozen north of Canada!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Brilliant ❤
Britches Full of Stitches and Bill Sullivan's Polka...great rendition!!
💚
Some plastics on here 😂😂
Im new to listening to Irish traditional music i would have listened more to Irish Republican music. But then I was scrolling and came across thesel playlists and I haven't stopped. Love listening to music that's ingrained in every Irish person.
I like watching 5+ years old videos, especially from channels that aren't alive anymore. It's such a time capsule that opens a window into a world that seems better than what we have (It's July 2023 btw). Imagine how many such brilliants lie deep in the youtube carrier of crap. But the most intimidating thing here is that nobody know where these guys came from and where did they go after, hope they allright though.
They're a Swedish traditional Irish music class in Sweden.
Excellent 👌 THANK YOU 🌟😀👍
Wow - average age around 1/3 of the typical session! Good to see so many young people enjoying the tradition.
do u guys have an Instagram or something?
Man I really wish we had this where I live, it speaks to my heart and soul. Not to be found in Iowa usa unfortunately 😟
What a beautiful gathering and respect for a grand culture. Respect form a doire man born in 1963 and seen so much wrong. Keep our culture and traditions alive. Respect.
Thomas Walsh did a masterful job in composing this beautiful tune and this group does a very nice job playing it.
👌🤝
Kinda learning the tin whistle just now. This girl playing is a dream to watch as well as listen to. It's a pity there's no follow up to these videos.
Beautiful. Forgot what this song was called & now I'm back to enjoy it again!
so refreshing to see volk your age playing traditional music. in usa its pretty much dead, and when it happens they tend to turn it to shmaltz...
Swedish folk violin is not so different....lovely....
